Scripture Confessions on Sharing your Faith

The fruit of my righteous living is a tree of life to everyone around me. Through applying the wisdom that God imparts to me, I am able to win souls. Proverbs 11:30

Greater is he who is in me than he who is in the world. John 4:4

For God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7

I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me. Galatians 2:20

Because of all God’s mercies I present my body as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God as my spiritual service. Romans 12:1

Now thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads me in triumph, and reveals through me the sweet aroma of his knowledge in every place. 2 Corinthians 2:14

What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31

I stay strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. I put on the complete armor of God that I will be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For I wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. I therefore, put on the complete armor of God that I may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. I stand having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted my feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, I take up the shield of faith, with which I am able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And I take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful and continuing in prayer for all the saints: Ephesians 6:10-18

No weapon formed against me shall prosper; and every tongue that rises against me in judgment I shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of The Lord, and their vindication will come from me, says the Lord. Isaiah 54:17

But the fruit that God’s Spirit produces in my life is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23

Lord Jesus, according to your word, as I follow after you, you will make me a fisher of men.” Matthew 4:19

I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes. Romans 1:16

Lord Jesus, You are the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through you. Because I know you, I know your Father also. John 14:6, 7

There is salvation in no other name than your name Lord Jesus; for neither is there any other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” Acts 4:11, 12

Such confidence I have through Christ toward God; not that I am sufficient of myself, to account anything as coming from myself; but my sufficiency is from God; who also made me sufficient as one who renders service of a new covenant; not of the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. 2 Corinthians 3:4-6

When I am brought before gatherings, rulers, and authorities, I will not be anxious about how or what I will answer, or about what I will say; for the Holy Spirit will teach me in that same hour what I must say.” Luke 12:11-12

I sanctify Christ as Lord in my heart; and I am always ready to give an answer to everyone who asks me the reason of the hope that is within me, with humility and fear. 1 Peter 3:15

But thanks be to God, who gives me the victory through my Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, I remain steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord’s work, because I know that my labor is not in vain in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:58

My speech and my preaching are not in persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that the faith of my listeners wouldn’t stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. 1 Corinthians 2:4, 5

The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore I ask you, Lord of the harvest, to send out more laborers into your field. Luke 10:2

Through Christ and for his name’s sake I have received grace and apostleship, to advance the obedience of faith among all the nations. Romans 1:5

Lord, when I hear your voice, asking, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” I will respond, “Here I am. Send me!” Isaiah 6:8

Lord Jesus, all authority has been given to you in heaven and on earth. Therefore, according to your command, I go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things which you commanded us. And you are present with us always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:18-20
